CPPIH - Commission for Patient & Public Involvement in Health

CSCI - Commission for Social Care Inspection
The Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) registers, inspects and reports on social care services in England. They inspect and report on care services and councils to improve social care and stamp out bad practice.
CSIP - The Care Services Improvement Partnership
The Care Services Improvement Partnership are part of the care services directorate at the Department of Health. Most services are based in eight regional development centres spread all over the country. These regional bases, hosted in local NHS organisations, mean that they can respond more flexibly to people locally, regionally and nationally.
CSIP work with the statutory, voluntary and private sectors to make the best use of the full range of resources and expertise available to improve services.. They support positive changes in services and in the wellbeing of vulnerable people with health and social care needs. Supporting People
Official website of the Supporting People Partnership. The Supporting People programme offers vulnerable people the opportunity to improve their quality of life by providing a stable environment which enables greater independence.
The programme is committed to providing a better quality of life for vulnerable people to live more independently and maintain their tenancies. The programme provides housing related support to prevent problems that can often lead to hospitalisation, institutional care or homelessness and can help the smooth transition to independent living for those leaving an institutionalised environment.
The Supporting People programme provides housing related support services to over 1.2 million vulnerable people. The programme is delivered locally by 150 Administering Authorities, over 6,000 providers of housing related support, and an estimated 37,000 individual contracts.
