Speak Your Mind forum
The Rushcliffe Mental Health forum, 'Speak your Mind', now meets regularly every two months.
The group includes mental health service-users & carers who meet to discuss improvements to mental health services.
The group are also developing their own website, with the aim of not only promoting the forum, but also linking with other services in Nottingham. Its aims are to create more awareness of mental health, provide information and, at some point in the future, be used as a means of communication between mental health service-users & carers.
