The Bradley Report
In 2008, Lord Bradley undertook a six month independent review to determine to what extent offenders with mental health problems or learning disabilities could be diverted from prison to other services and what were the barriers to such diversion.
The result of this review is The Bradley Report (2009). The report contains recommendations throughout for improvements to the experience of people with learning disabilities or mental health problems in the criminal justice system.
