Have your say on the Nottingham City Physical and Sensory Impairment Strategy

Nottingham City Council and partners are currently working on developing the first draft of the Physical and Sensory Impairment Strategy.

The questionnaire below seeks your views about the proposed vision, values and priorities for the strategy. We need the views and feedback of providers working within Physical and Sensory Impairment Services, and would be grateful if you could disseminate to your colleagues and encourage them to complete.

Once completed, please return via e-mail to: nigel.marriott@nottinghamcity.gov.uk. Or post to Nottingham City Council, Loxley House, Station Street, Nottingham, NG2 3NG by 13th August 2010

Download the questionnaire here.
