City Drug/Ex Drug Users' Forum (DUF)

City Drug/Ex Drug Users' Forum (DUF) allows drug users or ex-drug users in Nottingham to have their say about those services and try to make a difference to services in the area.

The forum was set up by the Nottingham City Drug & Alcohol Action Team (DAAT), now the Crime & Drugs Partnership (CDP), to meet the need to involve service users/ex service users in the development and commissioning of drug treatment services in the City.

Nottingham Crime & Drugs Partnership & Nottinghamshire DAAT

We work with The Nottingham Crime & Drugs Partnership (CDP) and Nottinghamshire Drug & Alcohol Action Team (DAAT). These are multi-agency partnerships dedicated to tackling drug misuse, and its associated problems. They are responsible for implementing the national strategy "Tackling Drugs, Changing Lives", and for responding to local needs. The partnerships aim to ensure that organisations such as Nottinghamshire Police, Nottinghamshire Probation Service, City & County Councils, Primary Care Trusts, local prisons etc. work together in a well co-ordinated way to tackle drug problems.
